Joint statement from Health department and John Day

02 February 2010

Following the publication of the Verita Report on 1 February 2010, the States Employment Board, the Health and Social Services Department and John Day are delighted to announce that Mr Day's exclusion from the hospital has been lifted with immediate effect.

Acting Chief Executive of Health and Social Services, Richard Jouault,  said: "I appreciate that the last 3 years have been an exceptionally difficult time for Mr Day. Whilst I cannot comment on the exclusion itself, I can say that we welcome John back to the hospital as a valued and much respected colleague."
