Utility accounts for 2010 published

​​The Minister for Treasury and Resources, in accordance with the practice started in 2009, has published the 2010 accounts of 3 States-owned utility companies:

  • Jersey Post International Limited
  • Jersey New Waterworks Company Limited
  • Jersey Telecom Group Limited 

Senator Philip Ozouf said “These companies, along with Jersey Electricity, provide key utility services to Islanders and businesses. Islanders have a substantial interest in these companies, through the significant public shareholding held by the States, which stands at more than a quarter of a billion pounds.”

The other States-owned companies’ accounts, Waterfront Enterprise Board Limited and Jersey Electricity, were presented to the States on 5 July 2011 and 15 March 2011 respectively.
