Views sought on Mobile Library service

A customer survey is taking place between now and the end of August so that Mobile Library routes can be updated before the arrival of a new vehicle later this year. The Library Service has drawn up a proposed new timetable and is asking regular users and potential new users for feedback. A survey has also been sent out to parish authorities.

Chief Librarian Pat Davis explained “We have a strong core of regulars but their requirements gradually change over time, with some stops becoming more popular and others less well used. The arrival of our new Mobile Library is a good opportunity for us to fine-tune the routes so that we reach as many people as possible.”

Copies of the survey are available from the Mobile Library and at the Town Library. You can also send comments direct to Pat Davis, Chief Librarian, the Jersey Library.
