Trinity to Gorey road now open

​The Trinity to Gorey road is now open following completion of the first phase of resurfacing works.

The Transport and Technical Services (TTS) project started in late January this year and so far Rue es Picots, La Profonde Rue and Route de Maufant have been resurfaced from Trinity Church to the junction with La Rue de la Maitrerie.

The road was reopened to traffic before Easter and some minor finishing works were completed over the last week.

There is now a planned break in the project until July, when the next section to be resurfaced will be from the Rue de la Maitrerie junction to La Rue des Alleurs.

TTS is grateful for the patience and cooperation of businesses, residents and motorists whilst this section of the essential infrastructure improvement project was completed.
