Replacement of Mont Millais traffic lights

​The traffic lights controlling the St Clements Road/Mont Millais/Don Road junction will be replaced between 11 and 15 July 2016. All traffic going through the junction during this period will be controlled by temporary traffic lights.

Due to the limitations of temporary traffic lights, the junction will not be controlled as well as usual and motorists are likely to experience delays during the works. It is therefore advisable for drivers passing through the area to adjust journey times accordingly.

The existing lights have reached the end of their working life, making their replacement essential. The new lights and controlling equipment will result in lights that are both brighter and more energy efficient.
