Community asked for views on St Aubin’s Inner Road

07 March 2019

St Aubin Inner Road map

Islanders are asked to give their views on how safety can be improved along a section of St Aubin’s Inner Road.

A consultation being launched next week will focus on the section between King George V Homes and the St Lawrence boundary.

The consultation will start with a drop-in exhibition on Tuesday 12 March from 3pm to 6pm at First Tower School. Anybody who would like to highlight issues or give their views on road safety is welcome to attend.

Following the exhibition, the display will be on show at the Town Hall, and information will also be accessible online. Islanders will be able to submit their concerns and ideas on the topic until Friday 29 March.

The views submitted will be used to determine priorities and possibilities, and to develop proposals on how the area can be improved. A second consultation is planned for later this year to gather feedback on the proposals, before a final scheme is decided.

It is expected that the final scheme will be implemented by the end of next year.
