The Jersey Health and Care Partnership Group is an independent group of health and social care organisations and charities, established to provide a platform where opportunities to join up health and community care can be explored. Their vision is for all Islanders to have a great start in life, stay healthy, live longer and have happier lives.

James Le Feuvre, Chair of the Group, said: “This event provides an excellent opportunity to share, with Islanders, the range of services and support that local health related charities offer. There will be the opportunity to meet with representatives of these charities, to learn about what they do and the help that they can offer.”

Malcolm Ferey, the Assistant Minister for Social Security, said: “The Closer to Home event is a fantastic way for charities and organisations that support our community to showcase themselves in one place and demonstrate the positive impact that they make.

“Having the ability to conduct this event ‘al-fresco’ will add a summer feel to proceedings, and I look forward to engaging with as many people as possible on the day.”
