  • Court orders forfeiture of corrupt funds

    On Friday 3 March 2023 Jerseyā€™s Royal Court ordered the forfeiture of Ā£777,581 from a Jersey Trust which had been placed there by a Mozambican national who received corrupt payments in the course of his employment.
