Code of practice on Revenue Jersey compliance interventions

The purpose of this Code of Practice is to set out clear guidelines for Revenue Jersey compliance interventions, having regard to best practice and legislation​.

It came into effect from 1 April 2021 regarding all compliance interventions that are notified on or after that day. This Code of Practice does not cover compliance interventions commenced before that date.
