Baker

Experienced baker required to take sole responsibility for the section. Duties include production and baking of bread, viennoiserie and savoury pastries as well as packing customer orders. You will be responsible for stock control, placing orders and cleaning. The applicant must be fit and have excellent hygiene.

Good spoken and written English.

Possibility of accomodation.
