Deputy Manager - Lavender Villa

Lavender Villa Residential Home are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team to provide support & management to the Registered Manager of the Home, overseeing day-to-day management/supervision of all employees to ensure a high quality of care is maintained, & liaising with the Registered Manager on all general administration & operational matters.

To act as a professional role model for junior staff, promoting high standards of practice & strong professional values. Ensuring adherence to policies & standards set by the company & the care standards in the jurisdiction working in.
