Lavender Villa Residential Home are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a Part-Time basis. The Administrator would be responsible for providing an efficient & confidential administration service to the Group & Registered Manager of the Home.
Key Responsibilities include;-
- Responding to general enquiries (written & verbal) from residents, staff & the public
- Drafting up new contracts for clients for review by the Registered Manager, ensuring contracts are signed & scanned to relevant systems as soon as possible
- Collation of documents required for in-house/external audits
- Carry out safe recruitment checks for individuals, including DBS checks
