Health Care Assistant - Community

LV Community are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team on a Full-Time basis, to be responsible for providing a service for people that require all ranges of support & care in the community.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Work as part of a care team to provide high-quality care to our clients, in-line with the highest regulatory standards
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
- To carry out personal care tasks as specified within the Care Plan(s) in order that the tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the Service User
