Take responsibility for the supervision, mentoring, and training of your cross-jurisdictional team and ensure high-quality client service standards are maintained

We are looking for a Senior Manager applicant with at least eight years of financial services experience or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

Effective leadership, motivation, and delegation skills, acting as a role model for team members and within the business
The ability to mentor team members, promote equal opportunities, acknowledge performance, and develop their talents and skills
