AML Manager
St Helier, Jersey | Permanent | Hybrid | 35 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced AML professional to lead our Anti-Money Laundering team. You will develop and deliver AML strategies across Jersey, the UK, and Guernsey, lead a high-performing team, and serve as the key AML contact internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AML policies and compliance strategy
- Lead, mentor, and support the CDD team
- Oversee KYC/due diligence and manage suspicious activity reporting
- Act as liaison with regulators and deliver AML training
- Produce reports and foster a strong compliance culture

Your Profile:
- Minimum 7 years’ AML experience in financial services
- Strong leadership skills
- Good regulatory knowledge in Jersey
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic / professional background
