Commander (Trustee) St John Ambulance Voluntary

St John Ambulance Jersey is looking for a dedicated and experienced volunteer to join us as our Commander (Board Trustee). This high-profile role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of St John and ensuring that the voice of our volunteers is heard at the highest level of decision-making.

Act as the senior sponsor for volunteers at Board meetings, representing their interests and ensuring their perspectives are integrated into the strategic decision-making of the organisation.

Collaborate with the CEO, Dame Commander, and the Board to help define the new organisational structure as it evolves.

Take on significant ambassadorial and leadership responsibilities, both internally within St John and externally in the community.

Participate in ceremonial occasions and church services as part of the uniformed role.
