We have an opening for an Software Applications Support Technician. This is a permanent role and training will be provided in relation to the specific systems being used. A competitive salary and benefits package is included.
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will:
• Provide application support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent and a willingness to study towards a relevant prof
