Nursery Room Leader

La Petite Ecole (St Marks Road) are looking for a team leader for our Inbetweenie room (2-3 years). We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for leading a room, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children, and supporting a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and early education.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Prior experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A passion for early years education and a nurturing approach
