Key Tasks
Completing transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks seamlessly.
Managing customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental.
Selling SIXT’s full product range, offering exciting opportunities for incremental sales tailored to the customer
Being flexible and taking on other tasks in the branches, such as car cleaning, driving, damage checking and refuelling duties as and when the business requires.
Monitoring reservation and vehicle rental returns to ensure that there is always the correct fleet available for the bookings.
Reconciling and accounting for money paid and received.
