SIXT Fleet Service Agent

As a Fleet Service Agent at SIXT you are responsible for washing and valeting our cars inside and out to an exceptionally high standard. You will also be driving and collecting a range of our cars to customers and other branches. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of being a Fleet Service Agent as you are the first and last point of contact with our customers.
Key Tasks
Responsible for preparation, valeting, refuelling and ensuring vehicles are to a high standard.
Ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner.
Managing customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle damage.
Correctly and accurately measuring car damage and detection.
Be able to work in a fast-pace environment and work well under pressure both independently and within a team .
