An exciting opportunity to join a busy medical practice. We are seeking a part-time receptionist / administrator, working 20 hours a week, Mon to Fri and Sat morning on a rota basis. Must be flexible. Applicant must have excellent communication and people skills together with a sympathetic approach. Job will involve, greeting patients, answering phones, queries, scheduling appointments. Monitoring emails, assisting medical professionals with clerical needs. Registering new patents and ensuring patient records are kept up to date. Only applicants who are Entitled to Work/Entitled will be considered, please do not apply otherwise.
