Group Sales Coordinator

The Group Sales Coordinator will work for Bed Reservations supporting the sales effort for Bed Reservations’ “Clink Hostels” brand across European destinations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong customer service with a commercial mindset.

- Answering enquiries in a timely manner, delivering to the highest levels in line with brand standards
- Maximizing revenue and conversion, as well as sales and upselling opportunities
- Handling contracts in collaboration with contract partners
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Have a continuous learning mindset
- Ensure due diligence in line with legal/brand requirements
- Source knowledge of Clink brands and the specifics of hostels to better serve the customer during booking and delivery process
- Have a strong business perspective and conduct market research
