Warehouse Manager

• To manage warehouse team, conduct training and ensure all procedures are being followed and are accurate and consistent, reporting regularly to management.
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the accurate item selection, processing and delivery of all orders.
• Maintain a consistently high level of service and presentation to all customers in-line with company policies, procedures and culture.
• To be pro-active in problem solving and an effective communicator as part of the management team.
• To ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed and adhered to by staff, in-line with current legislation and requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, security and presentation in the working environment
• To ensure the warehouse is tidy, stock is put away in assigned areas and any new stock is assigned to a new area and system is update
