Trainee Advice Services Advisor

Join Citizens Advice Jersey as a Trainee Advice Services Advisor and make a difference in your community. Reporting to the Advice Services Assistant Manager, you’ll train to provide in-depth advice, information, and support across a wide range of issues including benefits, housing, employment, and debt.

You'll work with clients, represent them where needed, maintain case records, contribute to social policy, and support outreach work. Full training will be provided.

We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, a strong team player and a genuine interest in helping others. You should be organised, IT-literate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
