Customer Provisioning Agent

Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the Customer Experience team as a Customer Provisioning Agent in either Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man on a temporary basis until 31 December 2025, working 37.5 hours per week.
Passionate about their people and communities, the ideal individual would hold the following skills:
Excellent customer focus, empathy and experience of working in a customer facing role
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in regards to using appropriate levels of communication to our varied customer base.
Ability to produce accurate, good quality work.
