Financial Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller, responsible for consistent, accurate and timely financial reporting and day-to-day operational management for Carey Olsen Channel Islands & UK entities.

Responsibilities include:

Preparation of annual financial statements and liaison with auditors
Managing tax computations with advisors across jurisdictions
Oversight of client monies policies and compliance
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintaining ledger integrity and month-end close
Statutory reporting including VAT, GST, and tax returns
Payroll processing and query resolution
Authorised signatory for payments
Leading or participating in system/process changes

Qualifications:
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in a law firm or professional services, advanced Excel, and 3E experience.
