Island’s Choice Bakery | 2pm–10pm, 6 days/week
We bake authentic Portuguese rolls & French breads, serving Islanders daily. Join our tight-knit team to lead production, coach staff (3–4 bakers), and maintain quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shifts & schedules
• Oversee mixing, proofing & baking of Portuguese rolls & baguettes
• Ensure food safety & stock control
• Mentor & develop bakers
Requirements:
• 5+ years baking Portuguese & French breads
• Supervisory experience in a commercial bakery
• Strong leadership & organizational skills
• Available 2pm–10pm, six days/week
