Junior Transaction Analyst – Global Capital Markets
Location: St Helier, Jersey | Type: Permanent, Hybrid | Hours: 35 per week

Join our growing Global Capital Markets team and gain hands-on experience with capital markets structures and SPVs. You'll support real client matters while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administration of SPVs and client records
- Support preparation of board packs, payments, and filings
- Communicate with clients under guidance
- Contribute to process improvements
- Record time accurately for billing

Your Profile:
- Strong academic background (e.g. degree or equivalent)
- Legal right to work in Jersey
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Familiar with Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to study towards a professional qualification
