We’re hiring an Operations & Finance Assistant to support the Managing Director and team at a growing, fast-paced electrical contracting business.
What You'll Be Doing
• Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
• Processing supplier invoices and making payments
• Managing payroll prep and statutory returns (ITIS, GST, Social Security)
• Tracking job costs and expenses
• Supporting onboarding, staff records, and HR compliance
• Coordinating company insurances and internal admin
• Liaising with web and marketing partners for materials and updates
What We're Looking For
? 1+ years in bookkeeping/admin, ideally in construction or trades
? Confident with QuickBooks Online and supplier payments
? Comfortable juggling finance, HR, and operational admin
? Experience with automation tools (e.g. Dext, Chat GPT) a plus
