Senior Support Worker

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of Orchid Care Services new venture in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with or working towards RQF Level 3. You will need a good sense of humour and an ability to dynamically risk assess, implement PBS, mentor Support Workers, write care plans/RA and attend MDT's.
You will require the skills to adapt yourself to each individual being supported and provide a holistic approach to their care.
