Sous Chef - Cheval Roc

Cheval Roc Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team, & be responsible for undertaking food preparation tasks, preparing ingredients, cleaning vegetables, & preparing simple dishes. They will also be responsible for servicing food to the residents.

The Sous Chef will also work with the Kitchen Assistants & be responsible for cleaning & tidying workstations & equipment. They may also sometimes be responsible for restocking the store room & cold room in accordance with the Chef's instructions, for bringing ingredients into the kitchen, & to ensure food is packed & stored in accordance with all applicable food hygiene & safety regulations.
