Jewellery sales assistant

you will be working with our customers to ensure that they love their
time at Jersey Pearl and go home with jewellery that they will cherish forever.
o Delivering the world’s best customer service whilst maximising sales.
Maintain and explain excellent product knowledge.
Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, i.e. stock deliveries, health and safety
standards, stock takes and replenishment.
Support other stores where needed.
Have an awareness of the store’s sales targets and its current performance versus like-for
like/target/company figures
Keeping our displays looking their best – making sure they’re clearly and beautifully
merchandised and nice and clean at all times.
