Senior Health Care Assistant - Silver Springs

Silver Springs Care Home are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:-
- To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy of residents, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
- Oversee the care that our Health Care Assistants are providing to residents, addressing any performance issues with the Registered Nurse and/or the Deputy/Registered Manager
