In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient handling of check-ins, ticketing, and vessel operations. You will use various systems, handle communication with customers and authorities, and assist with the loading and discharging of passengers. This role will require you to work any 5 from 7 on a 8 hour variable shift pattern - Please note this is a 0 hour contract.
