Assistant chef

Responsibilities
• Primarily responsible for the hands-on delivery of consistent, delicious, modern café style
food – covering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.
• You will work with our Head Chef to develop dishes for our seasonal menus and specials.
• Responsible for the HAACP and Eat Safe ratings
