Senior Associate - Property Department

We are seeking a qualified lawyer of 5 years’ (or more) PQE with experience in the property departments of local reputable law firms.

Knowledge and experience of advising on leases and managing share transfer, freehold and flying freehold transactions is required. Experience of property financing will also be beneficial.

The successful candidate will need to bring excellent technical skill and knowledge, good communication skills and a strong teamwork ethic.

The successful candidate will give our clients clear and focused advice and will be expected to lead the management of files and work with the wider team on both smaller- and larger-scale transactions. The candidate will also be involved in our business-development activities.
