To take complete responsibility for the Brands trading division within SandpiperCI Retail Limited. Accountable for setting and agreeing budgets and subsequent delivery of financial performance. Drive and motivate the management team by setting clear objectives, ongoing performance management and a high level of communications across the business unit. To deliver profitable brand compliant stores in both Jersey and Guernsey. Develop a focused motivated and high performing management team through effective management and strong leadership. Oversee the use of all systems and procedures to ensure all financial controls are followed. To ensure all colleagues comply with all Health & Safety legislation
