BetIndex Limited (in Liquidation)

We were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by Order of the Royal Court of Jersey dated 5 November 2021 under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.

All debtors of the Company must arrange payment of the amounts due by them to the company to us within 21 days of the date of this notice.

All creditors of the Company who were not gaming participants ("Traders") on the Football Index platform must supply the Joint Liquidators with full details of their claims against the Company by 10 January 2022. This should include supporting documentation by way of evidence for such claims. Mere statement of an amount due is not sufficient and if adequate supporting documentation is not supplied then the claim may be rejected.

Any creditor of the Company must specify if any of the following applies:

1. the claim or any part of the claim ranks in priority over other debts of the Company
   
2. the creditor has a surety ("caution"), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the property of the Company
   
3. the creditor has a claim for repossession of goods belonging to the Company
   

Traders who held portfolios at the commencement of the liquidation should not file claims, as the Joint Liquidators intend to seek directions from the Royal Court to determine an appropriate methodology for valuing all Trader claims.  

Anyone else who believes they have a claim should submit full details, as detailed above.
