Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to Article 160 (1) (b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that the meeting of the creditors of the Company previously convened to be held at 4 Wharf Street St Helier, Jersey on 05 May 2025 at 9.15am, will now be held at 9.15am on 6 May 2025 at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Adrian John Denis Rabet and Clive Fortis of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Suite 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey. JE2 3NR as joint liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.
