​​Take notice that OWH SE i.L. intends to apply to the Royal Court of Jersey pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 at 2.30pm on Friday 11 July 2025 for:

(i) an order to commence a creditors' winding up of RTI Limited pursuant to Article 157C(1)(a) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991; and

(ii) an order appointing James Pirie of Grant Thornton Limited with registration number RAL/9 and Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited with registration number RANJL/32 as joint provisional liquidators pursuant to Article 157​B(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.
