​Spicer Holdings SA in voluntary liquidation

​​Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 204, subsection (1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 that Spicer Holdings SA ("the Company")​ is in vol­untary liquidation. 

The voluntary liquidation commenced on 5 De­cember 2023. 

The liquidator is Mr Harry Thompson of Harbour House, PO Box 4428, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
