The Parade traffic arrangements

​​​​The Minister for Infrastructure, in pursuance of Article 68 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended, and after consultation with the Connétable of St Helier, gives notice of the following introduction of a new taxi rank.

These changes will take effect from Monday 11 August​ 2025.

Motor Traffic (Jersey) Law 1935

• A new Taxi Rank on The Parade, The (western arm) starting “West side (between a point 42 yards north of the northern boundary of the Town Hall and a point 14 yards further north)”
• A new Taxi Rank on The Parade, The (western arm) “West side (between a point 33 yards north of the northern boundary of the Town Hall and a point 9 yards further north)” 6pm to 5am, Monday to Saturday and all-day Sunday
