Master vendor model for medical staff (FOI)​

As the information requested for the model used in the different staff groups is available elsewhere, Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

Holt Medical Limited are contracted to provide Locum medical staff to HCS till 2025. The contract has an option to extend until 2027.

Providers must be on a recognised framework.

Holt use a Jersey payroll bureau to ensure that tax is deducted at source.

Responsibility for agency workers in the various staff groups is detailed in the Freedom of Information response published to www.gov.je in January 2024 (linked above), As this information is available elsewhere, Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.​
