​Dermiron Plus – Skin Lightening Cream is an anti-black spot moisturiser in a white and yellow tube, supplied in a white and yellow cardboard box.

This product does not meet safety standards and poses a serious chemical risk.  The cream is marked as containing Betamethasone Valerate BP 0.05%w/w (glucocorticoid substance) which is not allowed in cosmetic products due to safety reasons.

If you have bought this cream stop using it immediately and contact the seller for more information.​
