This product has been sold at Fenwick Bond Street, Harrods, john Lewis, Selfridges and www.kikki-k.com from 3 April 2016 to 24 March 2017.

Defect: When alight and burnt to its base, the candle's glass encasing may overheat and shatter.

Hazard: The defect may pose a risk of injury from broken glass or naked flame.

What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the candle and return it to any kikki.K store when a full refund for the entire product will be issued.  If a consumer would prefer to return the candle via post or courier service, contact kikki.K on the details below so this can be arranged free of charge.
