Matches (Jo Malone) recall

​Jo Malone are recalling certain complimentary matches provided with Jo Malone London Candle purchases.  We have determined that affected matches may have insufficient strength and may break when struck, presenting a potential burn or fire hazard.

The affected matches are identifiable as follows:
- provided with Jo Malone London Candle purchases from August 2014 to the present
- do not have any numbers printed on the back of the matchbox following the letters 'SAF'
- the box and matchsticks are black

If the matchbox DOES have numbers to the right of the letters 'SAF', it is NOT affected by this recall.

Affected matches should no longer be used and should be immediately discarded in a safe manner.  Contact Jo Malone using the link below to make arrangements for replacement matches to be sent to you as soon as they are available.
