​The serial number is located on the rating plate, accessible by removing the water tank. Serial numbers starting with 501 through to 652.

Affected products DXDH10N and DH212

​The serial number is located on the rating plate, accessible by removing the water tank. Serial numbers starting with 0, 1 or 2.

Dehumidifiers with a different model number or that start with a different serial number are not affected. 

If you have an affected product, stop using it immediately. Switch it off at the mains socket then unplug it. Call the helpline on 0800 028 53 86 for a replacement product.
