ProblemDefect where the rear leg screws in to the base of the seat.
Further information

​A defect has appeared in the plastic at the point where the rear leg screws in to the base of the plastic seat. This can cause the plastic to crack and the leg can potentially break away.

This product was sold through retail outlets between July 2017 and April 2018

Please stop using the highchair immediately. Check the batch number on the information label situated at the back of the seat. 

If the highchair is from the affected batch, it may or may not carry a defect.

No other Koo-di Duo Wooden Highchairs are affected by this recall.
