​Product has been tested and the button attached to the shirt section of board has broken at a smaller force than specified. The buttons also fit into the small parts cylinder, evidencing a serious choking hazard. 

The product has flexible packaging, a plastic bag, which has too large an area, and has measured as too thin, as according to toy safety regulations. The packaging is an asphyxiation hazard to young children.
