​This product presents an injury hazard as the manufacture of some of the buckles did not reach the quality or safety standards. There are some components that can potentially become defective. 

Cosatto are recalling the product from end users. If you have the product stop using it and visit their website for further instructions. A replacement buckle is being offered to customers who have a product from the affected batch.
